A slip cill is a type of precast concrete or natural stone window cill designed to be installed beneath window openings, providing both aesthetic appeal and functional water drainage. Unlike standard cills with extended ends (stooled ends) that integrate into brickwork, slip cills are straight-cut with no stools, making them ideal for retrofits, replacements, or installations where minimal disruption to the surrounding masonry is preferred.
