Delivery & Collection
Our Delivery Options
We do not deliver outside the UK or Highlands & Islands. For orders outside the UK and to the Highlands & Islands please contact us.
Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
You shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to your address specified in the order and you shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods, or where you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted.
Title in the Goods shall not pass to you until payment of the price has been made in full.
Collection from Store
Once your order is placed our staff will begin to get your order looked out.
Please do not arrive at the selected branch until we have contacted you.
Please bring your invoice with you on collection and report to the front counter.
We will do our best to make up your order for you prior to your collection, but this may not always be possible due to order volumes.
We will contact you after your 'collect in-store' order has been received and assign you a rough time slot. We will also confirm with you on the phone prior to your collection that all products are in stock at your selected branch.
There may be a short delay of 1-2 days if we have to obtain the stock to fulfil your order from one of our other branches.
Delivery
Our extensive fleet of over 20 vehicles mean that whatever your order size, and wherever you need it, we can drop it right at your door – allow us to do the heavy lifting for you.
Our fleet is as varied as it is extensive. With crane mounted hi-abs, curtain siders with rear mounted forklifts (for those tight streets Scotland is famous for), tipper trucks and pick-ups of various sizes, we can get your order to you seamlessly, while you, the customer, can stand-by with a cup of tea and watch the skills of our drivers in action.
